The Madison Drum & Bugle Corps Association Inc. (MDBCA) announces their 2012 annual meeting on Friday, November 2, 2012. As a required meeting of the by-laws of the organization, this annual gathering will include a recap of the 2012 fiscal year by board President Jeff Manion and Executive Director Chris Komnick and provide a “state of the corps” leading into 2013.

At this meeting, “members” of the association will also be asked to vote on candidates for open board seats.
The by-laws state that “members” of the association are those that have actively contributed (alumni or not) to the Madison Corps patron program for the current fiscal year from November 1, 2011 – October 31, 2012. A list of current Madison Corps “members” is published on the web site and will be available at the meeting. As well, eligible voters need to be of 22 years of age.
One can also be entered in the Madison Corps program through their volunteer efforts. To do so you need to make the request of the Executive Director and submit your documented hours of service. This would also make you eligible to vote in the board elections.
After the meeting you can mingle at the Dream Lanes lounge and discuss the upcoming season!
