70th Anniversary Banquet
As a grand celebration to the Madison Scouts’ 70th season, the organization is hosting a banquet on the weekend of September 26-27.  It will be held at the Kalahari Resort in the Wisconsin Dells and current members, staff, volunteers, alumni, sponsors and fans are invited to be a part of the festivities.  This is a weekend we hope your whole family will enjoy!

In Honor
Featured during the Saturday evening banquet will be a tribute to the 2008 Madison Scouts members, as well as alumni who marched during the corps' 50th anniversary season in 1988 and share the distinction of being part of the European tour and the crowning achievement, being named the Drum Corps International Champions.

Friday
The weekend will kick off with a social gathering on Friday, September 26th.  The evening will begin with informal time to catch up with friends, followed by casino games and videos.  There will be a cash bar and snacks will be served.  The cost for this event is $10.00.

Saturday
On Saturday morning, Executive Director Jeff Spanos will deliver a "state of the corps" talk, followed by a question and answer session.  This will be an opportunity for everyone to hear about the 2008 season and plans for the future of the organization.
The banquet will begin with a cocktail hour from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. followed by a buffet dinner.  The formal program is scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. and Brandt Crocker, the "Voice of DCI", will be the evening's emcee.  Tickets for the banquet are $35.00 per person. Please note that tickets for members of the 2008 Madison Scouts are $20.00.
