Steve Vickers has been involved in the drum and bugle corps activity since 1961.  He brings a multitude of experiences and perspective to the board of directors, having been a marching member (Sky Ryders), corps director and publisher of Drum Corps World for over 30 years.

Vickers has also served as chairman of the DCI World Championships seven times, and is a member of the World Drum Corps Hall of Fame and DCI Hall of Fame.

Steve is an alumnus of the University of Kansas, and resides in Madison, WI.
